In response to Juan's call on Monday afternoon, we went to 16-034 to
take a look at Helios. It was printing very faintly with multiple toner
cartridges. The Left Block Assembly (Part # RG5-0038) had a broken piece that
goes into the transfer roller and controls the toner output.
We replaced the assembly and it's working fine now. We will
send the official paperwork tomorrow.

P.S. I just tried to do a test print to Helios and got the message
"Printer queue is disabled."
