Hello there,
This is Joanna from OLC. It seems like when you send a print job to
thesis the print server returns the error "fatal error" in printing
[filename]. The display shows "Ready" and the On Line button is on.
We have tried resetting the printer but it did not seem to help.
There's a couple of people trying to print on it, so I was wondering
if you could check if it's the connection or the server or ... ?
