Subject: Ceres printer in W20-575
Date: Wed, 13 Dec 1995 14:23:14 EST

JJ had asked us to take a look at Ceres (s/n:USBB118635) in W20-575
for internal paper jams over the past week or so. When I got there, it was
down with a 13.2 Internal Paper Jam error. I printer out a couple of test
sheets fine, then jammed on the third.

The jamming was occurring in the paper guide. I removed the paper
guide and removed a large chunk of torn paper. I think that was what was
causing the jam as I printed out 20 test sheets after that without incident.
