the system named 4-035-5 is plugg'ed into
drop #4-035-2 line 2, this jack is dead.
The system #5 was found with net err's in
console, plug'd #6 which is on same drop
but line#1 into line #2 and it drop'd off
net also, so Line #2 is dead.
Please have telecom take care of this.
