Problem reported: keeps dropping of the net.
Serial number and location of printer:USBB112748,E52-354.
Action taken:replaced formatter board.
Part number:C2009-69001.

PC Service log number:R6045.
Notes: Couldn't get the locks out of the security pad and so I tried to move the
printer around to shift the locks a little and I used a bit too much force and
caused the printer table to collapse. John Dippold is having a new table
constructed as we speak. Printer took the fall in stride, actually works better
now?! He also purchased a maint kit from us and had us install it??
