8308 Errors on dorm printers

Hello,
A re-occuring problem we have had with the sevral dorm printers. The
printers get a service error "8308". Restarting will fix the problem
sometimes, other times it won't. After a few days of sitting idle if the
printer is then restarted and everything is OK again. Do you know what the
cause of this problem is? The Baker printer has been almost useless this
semester because it this error keeps coming up.
My Bexley RCCs determined that when a particular user was sending the
printer would hang. This indicates that it may be software related but
then we should not get a service error message. Any ideas?
