Hi all,
Joe Welch and myself have troubleshooted the error msg (18 upper io)
displayed on the HP menu in 4-167. It appears that the 4-167-1 (port 1)
connection is bad. Steve Goldman (Telecom) is aware of this problem and will
address the issue. As a side note: The telephone at this location is
hardwired into the jack in question, and under the jack cover shows cracked
plastic on the housing. Joe and I have taken a Sun workstation out of
commission to accommodate printing service during this critical time. So,
the HP Sanda is now printing on the temporary setup that JOe and I have setup.
