I have placed a service call on stage8 (Sparc5), which is one of our new
systems from E40-009. I have troubleshooted this system down to a faulty
cd rom drive. Service call placed directly to Sun, who shows the system S/N
under warranty, with no contract #, and no onsite silver. Believe service call
will still be honored.
