A number of machines in 2-032 are missing a required control file
that allows people running MAE (Macintosh Application Environment) on those
machines to use AppleTalk. In each case, the file
	/dev/appletalk/lap/ethertalk0/control
links to a file
	/devices/pseudo/atalk@0:elap
On the affected machines, the file atalk@0:elap is missing, although the
link to is exists. The affected machines in 2-032 are:

1,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,16

Machines 2,6,12,13,14 have the file, and machine 15 was not tested.
