Problem reported: paper jams.
Action taken: Removed torn piece of paper from the registration assembly,
vacuumed and cleaned paper path of 4si. Tested fine. Found about a quarter inch
of toner on transfer roller and registration assembly.

Still waiting for parts from SGI for W20-575-106. Requested a whole unit from
SGI because mom board as well Z-X video boards were toast.
Will be checking on MIO malfunction on 4si in E53-438 this afternoon.
