Tomorrow (Friday) night between 9 and 10 PM we will be adding a fifth AFS DB
server to the Athena Cell in preparation for removing Maeander. There should
be no loss of service, but there might be a slowdown when we do the required
restart all of the DB servers.
Prior to the restart there will be zephyr notification.
