It apparently crashed hard last night, and was not up correctly today.
It complained about bad files in /var/usr/vice/etc and wouldn't start
afs. Indeed, they contained junk, parts of someone's email, though
the partition fsck's cleanly. I replaced the files with ones I
transferred (via tar and bitbucket) from a working system.
All seems well now, but if there may be other problems, please
reinstall the software as needed. It's a normal public athena
workstation configuration.
