Problem reported: floptical not regocnizing floppies.
scott PC Service Action taken: Floptical tested ok, disk manager will recognize whether or not
there is a floppy and it can initialize and eject disk. Floptical icon on
desktop says nothing is in floptical? Sounds like software to me. I would have
Rob Smyser call Mike Drooker at 3-7841 to run through the software
configuration.
