M7-321-8 Monitor don't work

Hi,
The monitor for M7-321-8 remains 'black', I don't think there
is any power getting to it even though the fuse looks ok. I
tried plugging in the monitor in another outlet but it still
didn't work.
Here are the particulars for it:
1) My name: Norbert H. Doerry 3-0050 (628-2153)
2) system name: M7-321-8 located in OE Cluster 7-321
3) system type: IBM RT-PC
4) system CPU serial number: 26-0003860
5) error messages: None (they don't show)
