The RCC has tried to power cycle the printer - sometimes this fixes it, 
sometimes not.

Tom-

We are having serious problems with the Baker Printer.  It is working very 
intermittently.  Sometimes its working and other times it flashes a message 
that the printer needs servicing.  Could you please have someone take a good 
look at it?  Thanks.
