Hello there,
I'm not sure if this got through your voice mail 'cause I looked through
discuss just now to check if my call yesterday afternoon (4 PM'ish?) got
logged.
A user came in yesterday saying there were dots on the printouts thesis
made. There are three dots in the same horizontal location, but in
different vertical locations (these vertical locations are constant for
each sheet of paper). This happens on both sides of the paper if one is
printing in duplex-mode.
Could this be fixed? Thanks...
