Hello. I tried loggong into 2-032-3 about a half an hour ago and it
refused, saying that it couldn't access my file or something. It then
asked if I wanted to try again or cancel. Try again brought up the
same question, so I chose cancel. Then the screen went blank, like
when there are no windows or anything on a screen, and the cursor was
an "X". I asked olc what to do and by the time they got back to me
the screen had gone black. They suggested hitting "Stop" and "a" at
the same time and dis- and re-connecting the mouse from the keyboard,
which I tried but had no effect. That's when they told me to e-mail
you, which I have.
