VT125 print server monitor.

The VT125 monitor for the print server M11-116-P is dead. I have placed a 
service call for Friday. S/N  AB01702  LOG #  D11003
                         I have double checked on this 'D' log #. Champ was
                         down, so they use 'D' for the manual mode.
