As I attempt to finish up my PhD thesis, I've had the opportunity to
visit the Athena clusters many times to pick up printouts of drafts.
I'm stunned by the printer usage.
For example, I'm waiting right now for user meipan to finish about
10 print jobs of what looks like email or such, using about a full
ream of paper! Given the kind of stuff being printed out, I'd like
to see a return of the print quotas. I'd be happy to pay over
usage over 1200 pages/year.
