Problem reported: does not boot past prompt? As soon as unit loads extended
video the screen goes black.
Serial number and location of unit: 0800690896ca,66-080-13.
Diagnosis: power supply failed while running diags, replaced it. Replaced X
video board for video problems.
Parts used: X-video board-030-8235-002, power supply-9430813.
PC Service log number-R5428.

ps-Will be doing maint kits for "PUPLP" and "PLATO" today. Will be calling HP
tech support in reference to 4si in 11-115. I replaced duplex assembly, didn't
fix the problem. Could be one of a million things at this point. I'll keep in
touch.
