Brian White was asking (in f_l message 0423) if there was some way to
turn off the fans in 2-032 for an hour or so while he teaches, because
they are too loud for him to talk over. I don't recall them being
that loud when I've been in the room recently, but I do recall that
once about 2 years ago Phys Plant had to fiddle with them to reduce
noise levels. Perhaps the fans need some type of maintenance. I'm
a little reticent to give people the access to turn the environment
controls on and off; we've had too many problems in the past.
