Hello -
Miki has Athenized a SPARC20 workstation that was purchased by an Economics
professor at the MCC, with the nodename of 'angrist'. The contact is John
Dippold. I have collected a Req for FY96 AthenaService fees.
Since this was a custom Athenization that didn't come through the normal MCC
process, I'm not sure whether Cluster Support delivers the machine to its
final location or not.
I'd like to get out of the loop, but before I do I want to make sure that
someone picks up the ball at this point. It would be nice to get this case
closed soon, as it has had some twists and turns that we'd just as soon be
done with.
Can someone from Cluster Support please contact John (x3-8895, jsd@mit) to
arrange for either delivery on our part or pickup on his, once the machine is
certified by Miki as ready to go?
