The machine identified as m4-167-8 is failing to boot. This is what it says on
the console:
SCSI device 3,0 is not responding
Boot device: /iommu/sbus/ledma@4,8400010/le@4,8c00000 File and args:
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
...
The machine's net connection appears to be fine upon visual inspection.
