Problems With Printer "Bias"

I get an error when I try sending jobs to "bias". If I check the
queue, I get:
athena% lpq -Pbias
M11-116-P.MIT.EDU... m11-116-p.MIT.EDU: /usr/lib/lpd: bias: Cannot
chdir to spooling directory /usr/spool/printer/bias for bias
I figure that you folks will know what to do with this.
