The machine below is a new deploy. I have spoken to Bill Fitzgerald
about the fees and maintenance for this machine. We can service this
machine, we just need to pick up a req from him for the fees. Bill said
he will attach the req to the monitor of swan.

Pat yingling reports that her monitor is blank, but the led light is on.
This system was just recently Athenized and is not in the database.
