Mouse dirty or broken

The mouse on w20-575-99 doesn't move the pointer right reliably.  It seems to
stick.  The mouse was pretty dirty, and I scraped as much out as I could.  It
still doesn't roll right very well.  (It works if the entire mouse is tilted
left..)
