This system was reported wit the only console mode present. I have investigated
issue and have found the software to be corrupted. Have also found 3 sticky
floppy labels stuck/wedged inside the floppy drive as well. Was able to extract
with some effort, and have reloaded the software successfully. System now back
up and in use.
