 Hello,

  I have placed a service call on PODGE, however DEC has been unable to
  obtain access to the office (or even contact someone over there).
  He is requesting that someone be available to let him into the
  office sometime during the morning, before noon.

   Could we schedule a time (ASAP) for someone to meet the DEC engineer
  to let him into the room?
