SIPB AFS cell outage tonight at 3:00am

Between 3:00am and 4:00am on the morning of Wednesday August 30
(i.e. tonight) there will be an outage of the SIPB AFS cell while we
replace one of its bad 4GB disks.
Betwen 3:00am and 4:00am on the morning of Saturday September 2
(Friday night) there will be another outage while we replace the other
bad 4GB disk. We may need to reschedule this second outage if we are
delayed moving data onto the first replacement disk.
