Hi Yonghwan -
What we can do for you is to reinstall the
system from scratch, due to the fact that
we do not know the customizations made to
this machine this would be the best way to
go. If you would like to follow this path
please drop hotline a note with the location
of the machine and what day/time you'd like
to have it done.
