Hello,

I've been trying to contact someone on the hotline via voicemail, but
no one is responding for the past 1.5 weeks.  I hope I have better
luck through e-mail.

We have an athena workstation which need to be fixed.  After a
power glitch, it had locked itself out and will not allow any login 
access, or network communication (via root).  Rebooting the system
does not help.

I believe we need to completely wipe out the workstation and
reconfigure it from the start.  If you can remotely "bomb" the system
please do it.  If you need to come over, please let me know so we can
arrange a time to do this.
