I am Yonghwan, and I am one of the system managers of DEC machine of
Ocean Eng. Department. Recently, we changed the IP-address of a machine
named "ARGO". We changed the IP-address from "18.58.0.170" to
"18.38.0.170". However, some of our users have network problem. Some
users have no problem to connect ARGO from athena, but some users can't.
I think it may be because the new address is not fully updated on athena
machine.
I will appreciate if you check this problem. If it is not the reason
that I think, please let me know the other possibilities. Actually, another
system manager changed the new address last week, but I cannot reach him
for a while.
