Hi, there:
This is Ming Qi again. Right now our Ocean Engineering
Athena cluster room has two problems.
1. One work station, named as Shamrock has CPU problem. Mr.
Steve Ellis, consultant from Academic Computing, told me that
machines shows unacceptable numerical errors. It is not working.
2. Our printer, HP Laser 4Si, is not able to print double-side
document. It jams everytime.
Please advice me what can I do on these problems. Your help is
deeply appreciatd by all of us.
