Help on Athena Equipment

Hi, there:

This is Ming Qi.  I am the Athena Cluster manager for the Dept. of
Ocean Eng.  Currently our cluster room has three problems with the
equipment we have.

1.	One work station, named as Shamrock has CPU problem.  Mr.
Steve Ellis, consultant from Academic Computing, told me that
machines shows unacceptable numerical errors.

2.	Our printer, HP Laser 4Si, is not able to print double-side
document.  It jams everytime.

3.	Another work station, named as Monohull, has problem with
its mouse.  The mouse is just not working.

Please advice me what can I do on these problems.  Your help is
deeply appreciatd by all of us.
