PPL is scheduling a power shutdown for bldg 11
for FRI Aug 11 starting at approx 7pm and finishing
sometime early Sat morning. Effected will be 11-124(rms),
11-116 and other locations on the 2nd and 3rd fls.
Neil Tomlinson who is coordinating the shutdown will be
sending over some info this morning, basically who in
bldg. 11 should also get a copy and who should be the
contact for Neil in bldg. 11?
Naomi, the class scheduled in 1-115 can go ahead as
scheduled as long as they know they have to be out
of 1-115 by 10pm so Lou can shut the rm down, I'll
bring 1-115 back up on the following Monday.
Bldg. 1 and 3 will have electrical outages extending over
the weekend.
There are also electrical shutdowns being scheduled for
bldgs 1 and 3 on Aug 19th and 26th, both are Sat's.
I believe that is all, if there are any questions please
send them my why and I'll answer them.
