From approximately 9:30 to 11:00, the building 11 (18.80) and W20
(18.70) networks were cut off from the rest of the network, because of a
fiber/Pronet problem between building 11 and building 66. People
using MH during that time may have lost the mail that they were
composing if their home directories were unavailable due to the network
lossage. (This was not a problem with the mail system; rather Emacs
couldn't save the draft file to the home directory, so the composed
message was lost.)
