DATE CALL WAS OPENED:7/31/95
PROBLEM REPORTED:POWER SUPPLY PROBLEMS.
SERIAL NUMBER AND LOCATION OF MACHINE: 08006908961F,W20-575.
DIAGNOSIS:AS WAS SUGGESTED PER JJ I REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY (MADE SENSE TO
ME!).
PART NUMBER USED:9430813.
PAGE COUNT:COULDN'T FIND ONE?! :-)
PC SERVICE LOG NUMBER:R4880.
PS-I HAD TO REMOVE SECURITY PAD FEET(TWO) FROM THE POWER SUPPLY, I PLACED THEM
ON THE REAR LEFT CORNER OF CPU. IF IT'S OK WITH YOU FOLKS, I WOULD LIKE TO
REINSTALL THEM FROM NOW ON, AS NEEDED. OK?
I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE POWER SUPPLY IN KATIE'S MACHINE UNTIL WE
RECEIVE OUR REPLACEMENT POWER SUPPLY BACK IN STOCK. I WILL STOP BY ON WEDNESDAY
WITH POWER SUPPLY IN HAND.
IS IT BEER TIME YET?? YES I'M AN ALCOHOLIC.
