boot file not found on dev scsi0 disk1 rdisk0 partition8 /unix
autoboot failed
System unable to install via net or CD, diags also fails with
an I/O err.
SERIAL NUMBER AND LOCATION OF CPU: 0800690896CA,66-080-13.
This system just had it's HD replaced June 28th.
