I'm planning to resyncronize the athena AFS cell's protection database
with Moira on either Thursday or Friday morning, between 6am and 8am.
There will be Zephyr announcements on instance consult just before and
after the update.
Users trying to manipulate the protection database directly (which is
unsupported) during that time may fail, or may find that their changes
are reverted. List membership changes in Moira (eg: with blanche)
made during the update will be delayed longer than usual in getting to
AFS.
