W20-east-2 still have problems. This was reported back in March and a part
was on order at first but then the call was closed with a "no problem found"
message. It should be checked out again by Dec as there is still a problem.

This printer was reported with a cover open situation (flashing C). The problem
was with the paper tray. I had to power cycle the machine to resolve the
problem. All o.k. now.

I found this printer with the cover open light flashing this morning. All
covers were closed and I could find no obvious problem. Power cycling the
printer got rid of the light. I believe the problem originates with the
switch that senses when the paper tray is in place. This is the
2nd time I have noticed this problem so maybe Dec should check it out
when they are in the area.
