The machine Sun SparcStation Classic: eigg in room 48-206 has been down
for over one week now. I have tried to resolve this problem through olc
but with no luck. They have finally advised me to contact you and to
have the system reinstalled. Would you please do this at your earliest
convenience? Thank you.
