I found #16 an SGI with a note stating it was down
and had been reported, this note doesn't look like
it was written by one of us. I WAS Unable to use
front button to power down, had to pull the pwr plug
to the cpu.
system started booting and then gave following err's:
media err
no addr mark found
data sync mark err
i/o failed
I will attempt a reinstall
