kerberos errors on corot

Our workstation/server machine called corot in 9-514 is not letting
anyone get kerberos tickets. If someone could look at this soon
we'd appreciate it since it is an important machine.
Symptoms include:
Console dialog that says "Unable to authenticate you,
kerberos error: 70 .... Please try again later or somewhere else".
Remote login errors when getting tickets:
> kinit phils
MIT Athena (corot)
Kerberos Initialization for "phils"
Password:
kinit: Can't access ticket file (tf_util)
Klogins continue to work and will allow the following if someone
wants to look remotely:
salemme.root@ATHENA.MIT.EDU
kim.root@ATHENA.MIT.EDU
bwmelans.root@ATHENA.MIT.EDU
dkk.root@ATHENA.MIT.EDU
