Anyone know what the "central core rooms" are? Is this the whole
center of campus? (I got the impression that building 13 provided
chilled water to all of those buildings.)
If they *are* shutting down all cooling to the center of campus at 5pm
on Friday, I see how it would look routine to them, but not to us...

Well for starters, it says Building: 13. They mean central core
rooms of the building, versus perimeter rooms of the building.
As in E40, these are sometimes handled by different systems.
