Just to recap the story so far:
I've got this SPARC 5 that was donated to my group as part of a
research project we're doing. I have so far been unable to figure out
whether the machine is under any kind of warranty (and the folks who
granted us the machine are not answering their email.) I do, however,
have the serial number of the machine, so perhaps you all can find out
from Sun what the deal is:
SN: 438F3611
I've also finally received the floppy and CD-ROM drives for the
machine, so except for the whole warranty issue, I'm ready to have you
guys install the drives, and go ahead with Athenizing it all.
Tell me what sorts of req's you need me to get signed, and I'll get
them.
