mouse behaves funny under twm. not sure if hardware or software
problem. could be bouncing switch on mouse, maybe something else...?
Symptoms: When you click on the mouse to drag around a window, the
pointer moves erratically and suddenly, the window moves only in one
direction, and pop up windows arbitrarilyu appear on the screen
