I'd appreciate an answer if possible.

The troublesome machine (m37-312-24) beeps when you replug in the keyboard
but still ignores ALL mouse/key input (incl the reboot sequence)

Should I turn the machine off/on?  I suspect someone will anyways as demand
builds here!  OLC has no ideas...
