The decstation starksy.mit.edu (rm 33-213) cannot run Matlab. This
error appears:

Invalid passcode.
Check date and passcodes in MATLAB FEATURE line of
/mit/matlab/Matlab4.2/etc/license.dat. Check hostid in SERVER line.

The only previous time I have seen this error was on the decstation
m1-142-8. In that case Lou Isgur determined that the problem was
the workstation hardware.
