w20-575-37, a Decstation 5000, seems to have randomly dropped into a
state of hosage. The person using it reported that "A line of R's
scrolled across my xterm" and it froze. When I looked at it, the
message
?IO: Sb msg-err
kept repeating itself in the text-only console, and the green light on
the upper-left of the CPU was flashing. Using the standard reboot
sequence of Ctrl-Alt-Enter, Ctrl-Alt-BS succeeded after the message
repeated itself a few more times, but I thought this might be
indicative of something that needs looking at (is Sb the SCSI bus?).
