keyboard problem

I have been having persisstent problems with "keyboard bounce" on the Vaxstation
3100 in my office -- typing single keys frequently results in double letters
showing up. This severeely compromises the usefulness of the system. I reported
the prroblem some time aago, but I guess it fell through the cracks. Can you
take caare of it please?
